GoFundMe Setup For Slain Facebook Live Victim

By now I'm sure you've heard all about the Facebook Live killer who videoed himself killing a defenseless old man because he had issues with his ex girlfriend. While the killer is still on the run a family is mourning over the lost grandfather. Robert Godwin was leaving his family's easter dinner when he was shot on the sidewalk.

While the family wasn't interested in starting a GoFundMe account to raise money for funeral expenses one man in arizona has teamed up with the website to help in the family's time of need. GoFundMe gave a statement to Heavy.com saying “This campaign has been vetted by GoFundMe and they are working with the campaign organizer to ensure all funds go directly to Robert’s family.”
