Governor Edwards Pledges Support for LSU Med School

Governor John Bel Edwards says the LSU Med School in Shreveport is not in jeopardy of being closed or moved.

During his address to the Rotary club at the Convention Center, the Governor drew loud applause when he told the crowd that any talk about moving the Med School to Baton Rouge are rumors and are simply not true.

Edwards says he is committed to keeping the Med School in our community.
