Great Raft Brewing, BeauxJax Cajun Eatery Host Crawfish Boil This Saturday

This season is supposed to be one of the best in quite some time, so let the crawfish boils begin!

I've only lived in this area for two years, but a crawfish boil set for January 23 seems a bit early in the year. However, it's no secret that we have seen crawfish available to purchase and farmers agree that this could be the best crawfish season we've seen in quite some time. And we're not just talking the amount of crawfish, but the size too.

With that being said, it's time to enjoy a crawfish boil this weekend!

Great Raft Brewing has teamed up with BeauxJax Cajun Eatery to host a crawfish boil this Saturday. BeauxJax has brought us some crawfish here at the studio a few times and they never disappoint. It's some of the best crawfish I have ever had. They'll provide the mudbugs and all the fixins while Great Rafts will provide the craft beer.

There will also be live music from Hwy Lions.

The boils begins at 4 p.m. and goes until 7 p.m. Your ticket includes three pounds of crawfish and a piece of sausage, corn and potatoes. You can buy more tickets if you think you'll eat more than three pounds. Advance tickets are $18 whiles tickets at the door the day of the event at $25.
