Halle Berry Granted Restraining Order

A Los Angeles judge has ordered alleged stalker Richard Franco to stay at least 100 yards away from actress Halle Berry and her daughter.

Franco was arrested Monday night after climbing over a locked security gate at Berry's Hollywood Hills home.

Berry wrote in court filings  that there were at least three instances since Saturday where Franco gained entry into her yard, once almost following the actress into her kitchen.

Franco is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.
