Everyone loves crawfish, right? And I'm pretty sure everyone would like to end homelessness, just saying!?! I'm thinking both of those are a resounding yes, and Saturday, April 16, 2016 it's your chance to eat crawfish in an effort to erase homelessness!

HOPE Connections wants you to 'party with a purpose' from 6-9pm at 2350 Levy Street, Shreveport to help raise money to end homelessness. Of course, ending homelessness isn't something that comes cheap and that's where HOPE Connections comes in. HOPE Connections is a collaborative that came into being in 2014, bringing agencies together to help combat the homelessness problem in Northwest Louisiana.

According to the HOPE Connections website, their goal is as follows:

This is HOPE Connections third annual Crawfish with Clergy event and it keeps getting bigger and better than ever. At $35 a ticket, it's a great value! Especially since this year's featured chairman and honorary clergy member is none other than Bishop Michael Duca, Diocese of Shreveport. Sure, this going to be an awesome event, but homelessness in our area is a serious concern. See that stats regarding homesslessness in our area here and make plans to pinch some tails Saturday, April 16th with Bishop Duca and other clergy members from around the Shreveport/Bossier area.
