Hilary Duff Trades in Long Hair for Choppy Bob [PHOTOS]

Hilary Duff has rocked her long blonde locks for years now, but the 26-year-old decided she was in the mood for a change and chopped off the length in favor of a cute new bob.

The singer has been facing a lot of changes recently, including a revisit to her singing career and a complicated separation from Mike Comrie, her husband and father to her 2-year-old son. Maybe adding a fresh new look to her list of changes made the blonde feel better — she certainly looks amazing!

Hilary posted a photo of herself mid-cut with the caption, “Morning chop…. W/ my favorite @marcusrfrancis.” She looks somewhat emotional, her hand covering her face as she watches her hairdresser take his scissors to her long mane.

Shortly after, she posted another photo titled “#selfie” where she shows off her new, choppy and much shorter haircut. And the look is killer! It’s a little edgy and so fitting for her face.
