How You Know It’s a Slow News Day

In LA there must have been absolutely nothing going on, as there was a street reporter talking about how it's raining. I'm not talking about torrential downpours here. Just a slight shower. My favorite part is when she asks people how they stay dry they say, "I cover my head."
