The fans have spoken, and "The Hunger Games" was the big winner in Sunday's MTV Movie Awards.

The flick won four of its eight nominations, including Best Fight, Best On-Screen Transformation for Elizabeth Banks, and Best Actor and Actress for Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2" won awards for Best Cast and Best Hero, while "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1" won Movie of the Year. "Twilight" co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson scored Best Kiss for the fourth year in a row.

Other highlights included Johnny Depp receiving the MTV Generation Award, and instead af an acceptance speech, accompanied the Black Keys on guitar for "Lonely Boy" and "Gold on the Ceiling".
