“Idol” Contestant Gets The Boot

"American Idol" contestant Jermaine Jones has been kicked off the show for not being forward about crimes from his past. Jones, a Top 12 contestant, tweeted, "Awww I will no longer b on the show."

TMZ reports that the 25-year-old Jones was arrested and charged for two crimes in 2011, one involving violence. He also failed to tell producers he has outstanding warrants.
