Las Vegas rockers Imagine Dragons made their 'Saturday Night Live' debut last night (Feb. 1), bringing their big drums and their huge hits.

Fresh off their Grammys mashup with Kendrick Lamar last week, the boys were backed by string players (cellists) and smashed away on their instruments, going heavy on the percussion. Oh, and Lamar performed with them in an exciting Grammy reprise!

The boys performed their 2013 smash 'Radioactive.' It was actually sort of refreshing for them to perform on the familiar stage, as the last few performers have brought massive production, obscuring the usual 'SNL' scenery.

Lamar, his face at first obscured by the big, furry hood of his coat, spit his rhymes midway through. He and the Dragons are quickly becoming one of our favorite rock-rap pairings! The end of the perf was intense, loud, noisy and wild, in the best possible ways.

Welcome to the new age, indeed.
