I'm sure we all have friends that partake in Crossfit. In fact, I know we all do, because those friends make sure we know.

So if you have a few friends that like to tell you how they do Crossfit, you might want to share this news with them. Apparently, too much Crossfit is actually bad for you.

A new study says that there is evidence that shows repeated bouts of intense exercise on consecutive days can lead to white blood cell death or dysfunction.

Basically, too much Crossfit can kill you.

The study says that back to back days of intense Crossfit can hurt your immune system, so basically, you will be extremely buff, but have to live in a bubble so the sun doesn't kill you.
