Isn’t It Amazing What a Little Make-up Can Do for Your Halloween Costume?

I don't know much about make up, other than that my mom hosted Mary Kay parties when I was a kid. I do, however, know that the women in these amazing Halloween costume pictures know how to apply their foundation properly, blending and smoothing. (I'm using these words, I don't know what they mean.)
