Jamie Foxx And Katie Holmes…A Couple?

The rumor mill's been abuzz lately surrounding Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx and Tom Cruise's ex Katie Holmes as to whether or not they'e a couple, but the truth is...

...they're just friends, at least according to Foxx.

When asked by Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O'Dell if the two are actually dating, Foxx replied, "[The rumors] are one hundred percent not true. In fact, it's quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people."

The event he's referring to is the fourth annual Apollo in the Hamptons benefit held in East Hampton, New York last August, where Foxx joined Holmes and Ellen DeGeneres and cut a rug to, "Blurred Lines" and "Get Lucky".

Holmes has also been previously linked (erroneously) to actor Jake Gyllenhall and jazz musician Peter Cincotti.
