Janet Jackson is getting married again, this time to an incredibly rich man. Her betrothed is a billionaire.

The singer, who secretly married Rene Elizondo, Jr. in 1991 and never revealed the status of the relationship until later, is planning to wed her billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Mana in the spring.

Us Weekly reports that Al Mana, 37, gifted Jackson, 46, with a "huge, expensive ring" earlier this year. So it's not like this was an extravagant Christmas present. Apparently, Janet -- Miss Jackson if you're nasty -- likes to keep her engagements and weddings secret.

Jackson, who has been dating her man, a luxury brand mogul, for two years, has not been spotted wearing the bling in public for a very good reason. The source said, "She's afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up!"

That must be some rock.

The ceremony is slated for spring in Qatar, and Al Mana plans to spend millions in order to make it the wedding of Janet's dreams. "He is flying in all of Janet's friends and family on private jets," the source said. Uh, the Jackson family is pretty large, so that certainly won't be cheap. But if he's got billions, it won't be much of a problem to foot the bill.

He also plans to hire a top chef to curate a custom menu.

Jackson had another previous marriage besides Elizondo. She eloped with and was briefly married to James DeBarge in 1984; the union was annulled a few months later.

The source said that she is walking down the aisle for the third time since she wants a family. The insider said, "She wants kids. If she can't have them, she will adopt."

And with the kind of money that Wissam Al Mana has, she will be able to spoil 'em rotten.
