Jared Fogle Beaten and Bloodied In Prison Yard

Ex-Subway pitchman Jared Fogle is spending his time these days serving a 16 year prison sentence in Colorado. After confessing to having sex with multiple teenagers, many expected his time in prison to be very unkind.

Just a few months into his sentence, Fogle has already gotten a taste of some good old fashioned karma.

60-year-old Steven Nigg decided to take action himself and attacked Fogle in the prison yard. Nigg, who is serving time on gun charges, tackled Fogle and began punching him in the face repeatedly. The brawl left Fogle with a bloody nose, swollen face and scratches on his neck after the recreation yard beat-down on Jan. 29, according to TMZ.

Nigg was punished for his actions, he had to spend some time in solitary.

Fogle is reportedly referred to as "chomo" around the prison, which is short for "child molester", and was even slapped by a fellow inmate recently.

It should be a long 16 years for Mr. Fogle.
