Jason Derulo Fractures Neck, Cancels Tour

Jason Derulo barely escaped being paralyzed after fracturing his neck in rehearsals for his upcoming European tour.

The singer tweeted, "I fractured my neck doing tumbling & acrobatics 4 tour!" The tweet was accompanied by a picture of Derulo wearing a full neck brace and hospital gown and added, "Always tryin 2 push boundaries 4 YOU! Like my new chain? ;)"

His rep says the singer fractured his vertebra after landing directly on his head while executing a move during rehearsal.
