Week two baby! Last week I ended with an 11-5 record straight-up, and I'm pleased with that. I'm going for perfection this week and I'm confident that I have the picks to do just that.

Here are my picks for week two of the NFL season!

Thursday, September 17th

Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs, 7:25 p.m.

These teams are both 1-0 after week one, but won in very different ways. Surprisingly, Kansas City feels like the stronger team going in. The Chiefs manhandled J.J. Watt and the Texans last week in a game that was never close. The Broncos on the other hand, looked pedestrian at best. Peyton Manning netted less than 5 fantasy points, he'll need to throw better in this game to escape with a win. I think he'll do just that.

Broncos win, 30 - 27

Sunday, September 20th

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills, noon

Wow, Buffalo absolutely put on a show against the Colts last week. Can they upset two AFC powerhouses back-to-back? No, they cannot. Tom Brady > Tyrod Taylor.

Patriots win, 27 - 17

Houston Texans at Carolina Panthers, noon

The Texans were absolutely embarrassed last week at home against the Chiefs. They look to rebound against a Carolina team that handles Jacksonville with relative ease. This game could be close, but the Texans with Ryan Mallett under center will ultimately fall in this one.

Panthers win, 21 - 14

Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears, noon

The Cardinals looked beastly in their opener against the Saints. Losing their starting running back hurts, but Chris Johnson is a steady band-aid. The Bears surprisingly hung around with the Packers last week, I expect this one to be close as well.

Cardinals win, 26 - 20 in OT

San Diego Chargers at Cincinnati Bengals, noon

Two teams coming off impressive wins in their openers. The Bengals absolutely devoured Oakland while the Chargers rallied to beat Detroit. I'm not really sure where to go on this one so I will look to the quarterbacks. I trust Philip Rivers. I don't trust Andy Dalton.

Chargers win, 31 - 21

Tennessee Titans at Cleveland Browns, noon

Four touchdowns with no picks for Marcus Mariota in his NFL debut... Who saw that coming??? He'll throw his first interception in this game, but the Titans will win thanks to Johnny Manziel throwing a few of his own.

Titans win, 24 - 16

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings, noon

The lions have to feel horrible after last week's loss. They were leading the Chargers 21 -3 at one point, anbd still found a way to lose. Calvin Johnson was only targeted 4 times in the loss, and that has to change. With Minnesota seemingly forgetting they have Adrian Peterson on their roster this year, I'll give the edge to the visitors.

Lions win, 37 - 24

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints, noon

If any team in the NFL needed to play the Buccaneers this week, it's the New Orleans Saints. After looking pitiful in their opener against the Cardinals, expect Drew Brees and company to come out firing on all cylinders. This will be a beat-down of epic proportions.

Saints win, 38 - 20

Atlanta Falcons at New York Giants, noon

Falcons travel to New York after shutting down last season's rushing champion in week one. Nothing will spark a team's confidence like holding DeMarco Murray to just 9 yards rushing. The Giants, on the other hand, chose to lose their game against Dallas, playing some of the dumbest football you'll ever see in the NFL. This doesn't bode well for the Giants...

Falcons win, 27 - 24

San Francisco 49ers at Pittsburgh Steelers, noon

The Steelers decided to not cover Rob Gronkowski in week one, and he made them pay. Despite the loss, Ben Roethlisberger moved the ball very well and DeAngelo Williams was surprisingly excellent in Le'Veon Bell's absence. The 49ers will keep it close, but Pittsburgh gets the win at home.

Steelers win, 28 - 27

St. Louis Rams at Washington Redskins, noon

I disrespected the Rams last week, and I won't make that mistake twice. St Louis wins because, well, Redskins.

Rams win, 24 - 13

Miami Dolphins at Jacksonville Jaguars, 3:05 p.m.

The Dolphins struggled against the Redskins last week, but pulled out the win. Jacksonville just struggled. This is an easy game to pick.

Dolphins win, 27 - 10

Baltimore Ravens at Oakland Raiders, 3:05 p.m.

The Ravens may have lost last week, but they lost to Peyton and the Broncos. This is Oakland, and that means Baltimore picks up it's first win of the season.

Ravens win, 30 - 19

Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles, 3:25 p.m.

Dez Bryant broke a bone in his foot last week, Cowboys managed to win. DeMarco Murray rushed for only 9 yards last week, Eagles lost a close one. Expect Murray to get going here against a defense that was surprisingly stingy with New York last week. The Cowboys haven't lost a regular season away game since 2013, but their next road loss comes Sunday.

Eagles win, 40 - 34

Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay Packers, 7:30 p.m. (NBC)

Sunday Night Football doesn't get any better than this. Seattle lost in St Louis last week in overtime, while the Packers and James Jones handled the Bears efficiently. If this game was being played in Seattle, my pick would be quite different. Russell Wilson is a young quarterback that turns the ball over A LOT, he throws three picks at Lambeau.

Packers win, 34 - 27

Monday, September 21st

New York Jets at Indianapolis Colts, 7:30 p.m.

This game cannot come fast enough for Indianapolis. The Colts were downright embarrassed last week in Buffalo, and they're looking to get that horrible taste out of their mouth. Andrew Luck with have another pedestrian game, I'm feeling 250 yards with three touchdowns and two picks. Colts will win this one, but the Jets keep it close in prime-time.

Colts win, 27 - 20
