John Stamos Enters Rehab

Former Full House star John Stamos has checked into a facility to seek help for substance abuse, a source reports.

This comes less than a month after Stamos was arrested for an alleged DUI in Beverly Hills. He was not taken to a police station but was hospitalized for what looked to authorities to be a possible medical condition.

"Thanks to everyone for their love & support," tweeted Stamos the following day. "I'm home & well. Very appreciative of the BHPD & Cedars for their care."

Stamos has a lot on his plate in the meantime, including a starring role in the upcoming Fox series Grandfathered, and reprising his role as Uncle Jesse in next year's Full House revival Fuller House.
