The Children's Miracle Network Miracle Challenge kicks off on Tuesday. It's 27 days of getting fit and helping local kids. In just four simple steps, you could be on your way to a healthier you and raising money for children right here in Shreveport-Bossier.

Step 1

Log onto MiracleChallenge.org and register.

Step 2

Pick one of the following fitness tracks:

Walking

Cycling

Running

Bootcamp

Studio Classes

Step 3

Join a team or start your own. You can join my team the "K945 Goal Krushers."

Step 4

Finish up the registration process. You can use the promo code: CHRISTUSCares to receive a 50% discount on your registration fee. With this code you will pay $13.10. It's only good until August 28.

Next, you'll receive a package with some materials to help you get started on your 27 day journey. Then get ready for September 1.

Each day of the 27 days, you'll receive an email from your celebrity trainer. It could be a fitness star, an Olympian, a prominent figure in CMN, or another. It's like having your own personal trainer for 27 days for just $1 a day.
