Justin Bieber Investigated For Alleged Battery

The L.A. County Sheriff's Office is looking into accusations of battery against Justin Bieber after the singer and a neighbor got into an altercation that the neighbor claims turned physical.

According to TMZ, cops were called to Bieber's Calabasas, CA home Tuesday morning after the neighbor confronted him about noise made by a just-delivered Ferrari that the singer was racing through the neighborhood streets.

L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told TMZ that the man claimed that Bieber made physical contact with him and issued a threat against him. Security then escorted the man off the premises.

Sources say that Bieber did not have any physical contact with the neighbor. The Sheriff's Dept. is still investigating.
