Justin Bieber Still Looking for a House

It’s a buyer’s market and Justin Bieber is taking his sweet time while he searches for his dream home. The singer, who turned 18 last week amid much fanfare, is looking to make a real estate investment in Los Angeles. However, he has not put a bid in on a $10 million property that is currently being rented by the newly single actor Ashton Kutcher, as previously reported.

The Biebs and The Kutch are linked via ‘Punk’d,’ the resurrected prank show that Kutcher once hosted on MTV. The new season features the teen punking his pal Taylor Swift.

It is confirmed that Bieber did take a peek at Kutcher’s pad in addition to two properties in Calabasas, an L.A. suburb.

TMZ reports that Biebs is more interested in the Calabasas cribs and he even viewed them a few times in order to get a feel for them. He’s still not interested in making an offer … yet. With a tour likely in the near future as he prepares to release and support ‘Believe,’ Bieber might put his search for a domicile on ice, since it’s not like he will be spending a lot of time there.

Word is that Kutcher, who split with wife Demi Moore last year, would like to buy the house as opposed to continuing to rent it, which might make it difficult for Bieber to seriously consider this particular piece of real estate.
