Rumors are officially swirling about next year's installment of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Hits Daily Double reported today (Oct. 1) that "informed sources" say the festival's 2019 headliners will be Childish Gambino, Justin Timberlake and Kanye West.

According to the trade publication, Childish will headline Friday, Timberlake will headline Saturday and Kanye will headline Sunday. West last performed at the festival in 2011 when he co-headlined the final day with The Strokes. Gambino played Coachella in 2012. Timberlake has never performed at the festival.

Hits Daily Double accurately scooped Coachella's originally announced headliners in 2015 (Jack White, Drake and AC/DC) and in 2017 (Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar and Radiohead), so the publication has a pretty good track record. Neither Gambino, Timberlake nor West have commented publicly on the report.

In recent weeks, West has teased three forthcoming projects: a joint project with Chance The Rapper titled Good Ass Job, a Watch The Throne sequel with Jay-Z, and a solo effort titled Yandhi. The latter album was intended to drop this past Saturday (Sept. 29), but West announced today that he now plans to release the project on Nov. 23 (Black Friday) in order to make time to record in Africa.

Gambino's rumored headlining slot should be good news for fans who couldn't score tickets to his (currently postponed) This Is America Tour. The artist born Donald Glover has said the tour, scheduled to wrap in December, will be his final show run under the Gambino moniker.
