Kanye West Walks Into Street Sign

Whoa...that's gotta hurt.

Kanye West is nursing a bump on the noggin after walking into a street sign while he and seven-months-pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian were trying to dodge the paparazzi Friday in Beverly Hills. (Ironically, it was a "Wrong Way" sign.)

West then let loose on the paps with a verbal smackdown, while they added insult to injury by snapping away nonetheless.

A source tells E! News that West was in a considerably brighter mood after he and Kardashian were exiting the Beverly Hills restaurant 9021Pho, nodding to one photog that everything was OK.

The question remains, though...did he have fish sticks?
