Kardashian Sisters Sue Blac Chyna Over Name

It's a tradition that more often than not when you get married the wife takes the husbands name. However it's uncommon for the family to try and sue to keep the wife from taking her husbands name which is exactly what the Kardashian's are doing!

Blac Chyna real name Angela Renée White is set to marry Rob Kardashian next year and had planned on changing her name to Angela Renee Kardashian. Well Rob's sisters are now suing her to stop the name change based on the names Trademark.

The suit claims “The Kardashian name will suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill,” going on to say “Angela is deliberately seeking profit from the goodwill and popularity of the Kardashian name.”

Sources say that Blac Chyna was completely shocked her lawyer telling People Magazine, “Chyna was shocked by the motion.”

The Kardashian drama never seems to end! But Blac Chyna's lawyer is confident that they will win their case allowing for the name change after her marriage to rob.
