Keke Palmer has finally resolved her issue with Trey Songz regarding her unauthorized cameo in his video for “Pick Up the Phone.”

As you may recall, the singer-actress accused Songz of “sexual intimidation” after she repeatedly told him that she didn’t want to appear in his visual.

In an interview with Fox 5 New York, Palmer said she and Songz came to a resolution. Although Songz denied any wrongdoing on his part, he did edit the video and removed Palmer's cameo.

For the 23-year-old actress, it was a lesson learned. "We definitely came to a resolution. I think what happens is that everybody doesn't know how everything works. In the industry, there is protocol," she explained. "At the end of the day we have to say what we don't like. What we feel, that (which) we don't agree with, we have to say that. That's what I've learned through writing the book."

"I learned that I don't have to be quiet about the things that bother me," she added.

Palmer just released a new book, I Don't Belong To You: Quiet The Noise And Find Your Voice, where she encourages young women to empower themselves and not be afraid to speak their mind.
