Kim says when she was in high school, she went to Macy's and bought a fake ring -- her perfect ring. And guess what? The one Kris picked out for her is almost the exact same! Except this one cost $2 million. The ring Kris picked is by NY jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz, who also designed Beyonce's engagement ring. Kim says Lorraine is a longtime friend so she knew what shapes Kim would like. So the center stone is a 16.5-carat emerald cut diamond with a 2-carat trapezoid on either side.
