Krewe of Akewa Coronation 2013 [PICS]

This past Saturday night, I had the honor of hosting the Krewe of Akewa Coronation. It's their 10th year, which is quite a milestone! The event was held at Pine Hills Country Club in Minden and the theme was Gold Rush which had all of the area Mardi Gras krewes decked out in their finest Western formal wear to honor the new royalty. I was hosting, so I didn't get a lot of pictures, but enjoy the ones I found posted by friends of the proceedings! Congrats to the new court!
