After some solid performances this season, Kristi Cavallari surprisingly was the latest to get the boot on "Dancing with the Stars". That announcement was accompanied by boos from the audience and surprise from host Tom Bergeron. Partner Mark Ballas remarked how much he enjoyed working with her, while Cavallari's only response was "It is what it is."
