Lindsay Lohan Celebrates Her Bad Progress Report

Lindsay Lohan was just reprimanded by the judge after a follow-up court visit. The judge told her she needed to work on her probation requirements, including community service, shoplifting courses and psychological counseling. The judge reminded her that she could be facing jail time if she doesn’t complete the requirements on time. Lindsay heeded her warning and did community service over the weekend. Just kidding. She went to a friend’s birthday party and got sloppy drunk.

Lindsay was at the Palihouse hotel in Hollywood celebrating a friend’s birthday. She started off the night only drinking cranberry juice, but later started sipping martinis and taking shots of vodka. By the end of the night, she was crying and could barely stand. The manager had to help her outside to her vehicle. Although her behavior is in bad taste, Lindsay is technically allowed to drink since she doesn’t have to take drug and alcohol tests.
