E! News reports that Lohan was released from the hospital Wednesday afternoon and back doing community service and performing in the play "Speed-the-Plow". She is currently working with CSV Positive Futures, a youth-volunteer nonprofit.

Just before New Years', she spoke about contracting chikungunya, a mosquito-borne virus that can cause rashes, fever, nausea, headaches and muscle and joint pain. According to an insider, doctors say the virus could clear up anytime between six months to a year and added, "She has good days and bad. Right now, she's not doing so well."
