Despite strong opening numbers, Brad Pitt's "Moneyball" couldn't budge "The Lion King" out of the top spot in this weekend's box-office.

The Disney classic, rereleased for a limited time in 3D, held on to No. 1 for the second week in a row with an estimated take of $22.1 million. "Moneyball" came in at a very close second, raking in a respectable $20.6 million in its opening weekend. Another debut, the family flick "Dolphin Tale", came in third with $20.3 million.
