The Tampa International Airport crew took a lost treasure and gave it one incredible story.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, when 6-year-old Owen Lake lost his one-of-a-kind, hand-made tiger named Hobbes, he and his parents thought they had seen the last of him.

The toy was left a the Tampa International Airport as the family was traveling to Houston. Owen's mother Amanda contacted the airport when she learned Hobbes went missing. Knowing the family would return to the same airport when coming home, airport operations center manager Tony D'Aiuto decided to take Hobbes on one heck of an adventure.

Tony took pictures of Hobbes all over the airport. Hobbes went to the air traffic control tower, ate some gelato, worked out in the gym, and even hung out with the airport firefighters. Then he went even further and had a hardbound book made with a short story to go with it.

When Owen and his family returned to the airport, they were told to go to the lost and found.

There was Hobbes with the book.
