Lindsay Lohan may be looking at some serious jail time, but it remains to be seen if she serves any.

The "Liz & Dick" star had her probation revoked in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday and her hearing is scheduled for Jan. 15.

Lohan is facing misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, lying to a police officer and obstructing an officer of performing duties after a car accident last June in which she rear-ended a dump truck while driving her Porsche. She told Santa Monica police that her assistant was driving the car, but detectives believe that Lohan was behind the wheel.

The actress faces up to 245 days in jail if convicted.
