I had a chance to be in a short film and it made it to the Top 21 for this year's Louisiana Film Prize Festival.

It's here! Louisiana Film Prize Festival is happening in downtown Shreveport all weekend long. You can still purchase your passes at Tipitina's in downtown for $50. Then you'll see 21 short films and vote for your favorite. You vote combined with that of an expert panel of judges will determine who will take home $50,000!

One of the films you will see has yours truly in it!

OK, so maybe I'm just an extra, but I still have some camera time. The film is called Memoir and it's made by Alexander Jeffery and Paul Petersen. You may recognize the names because they won the $50,000 grand prize last year for their film, Bespoke Tailoring of Mr. Bellamy. Their film this year is action-packed, but also taps into memory and the emotions that come with it. After all, memories can either fuel us forward or hold us back.

Memoir also features a celebrity!

Check out my interview with the guys here and be sure to vote for their film this weekend...
