When Super Bowl 50 kicks off Sunday evening, it will mark the 15th consecutive year that an LSU Tiger has participated in "the big game". And this year the Bengals will be represented by Carolina offensive guard Trae Turner.

Turner, in his second year in the NFL, will be a starter for the highly favored Panthers.

Over the years, 31 LSU players have played for Super Bowl champions.

Leading the list of ex-Tigers is running back Kevin Faulk, who played for the New England Patriots in three Super Bowl wins.

Seven former LSU stars have have two championship rings: Rohan Davey (New England), Randall Gay (New England and New Orleans), Jarvis Green (New England), Tory James (Denver), Anthony McFarland (Tampa Bay and Indianapolis), and Corey Webster (New York).
