Former Kriss Kross rapper Chris Kelly died of a drug overdose, according to a medical investigator's report.

Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office investigator Betty Honey said that Kelly had an unspecified mixture of drugs in his system when he was found dead May 1.

According to a police report, Kelly's mother told investigators that her son had a history of abusing drugs, including cocaine and heroin, which he had used the night before his death.

Kelly, along with Kriss Kross co-member Chris Smith, are best remembered for the 1992 hit "Jump, Jump", from the multiplatinum album "Totally Krossed Out".
