Mariah Carey Announces Release Date For New Album

Mariah Carey took to Twitter Wednesday to reveal the release date for her as yet untitled  new album.

Look for it to come out July 23, according to this tweet: "The New Era Begins.. #MC723."

The new album will contain her new single, "#Beautiful" featuring Miguel, which is rapidly climbing the singles charts.

This will be Carey's first album since 2009's "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel", which featured the hit "Obsessed."
