Mariah Carey Suffers Voice Problems During Japanese Concert (VIDEO)

Mariah Carey is catching plenty of hate for her performance Saturday as she kicked off her Elusive Chanteuse World Tour in Tokyo.

The diva struggled through her performance, including forgetting lyrics and missing her once-legendary high notes, plus at one point, her specially made butterfly microphone stand broke.

The tour is scheduled to run through mid-November with shows in Southeast Asia and Australia.
