Chuck E Cheese's is a pizza parlor / arcade franchise with more than 500 locations across the United States.  Their motto is "Where a kid can be a kid,"  and they have been delivering on that statement since May 17, 1977.  That's when the very first CEC's opened it's doors in San Jose, California.  If you grew up in the 80's, 90's, or 2000's - chances are you've seen the inside of one as a kid.  If you are raising a kid, you probably see it a bit differently now.  Over the past few years, there have been fights and other examples of less than perfect social behavior coming from the adults at Mr. Cheese's place, with the latest hailing from the South East corner of the Bayou state in Metairie.

According to NOLA.com, a Jefferson Parish Sheriff Deputy was working the security detail at the front of the store, when he was notified of a fight that had broken out in the restaurant.  He knew he was on to something when he caught sight of a woman "indiscriminately spraying pepper spray.”  In the end, five adults and two children were treated for exposure to the self-defense spray -  and 24-year-old Katarian Marshall was placed under arrest.  Katarian has been charged with disturbing the peace by fighting.  She was released after posting a $250 bond.
