Monkees’ Frontman Dies At 66
Somewhere, Marcia Brady is weeping.
Davy Jones, lead singer of the '60s band The Monkees, died Wednesday morning after suffering a heart attack.
Jones's publicist said he had complained of breathing problems and was rushed to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The Monkees were best known for their self-titled TV series as well as a string of hits that included "Last Train to Clarksville", "I'm A Believer" and "Daydream Believer".
