According to a new study, Pointe a la Hache in coastal Plaquemines Parish is the most liberal town in Louisiana, and Bentley in the north central Grant Parish is the most conservative.

The research, designed by Clarity Campaign Labs, is based off a series of yes/no questions concerning party affiliation, fiscal policy and social issues such as abortion. The questions are worded in such a way that affirmative answers are considered "liberal."

The research is also used to shape campaign messages.

The company has also opened up its research for people to find the town that best matches their own politics.
