Nick Cannon Quits Radio Gig

Mariah Carey's husband, Nick Cannon, announced Friday he'll be stepping down from his morning show on New York radio station 92.3 NOW FM.

Cannon cited health problems as the cause of his resignation, tweeting, "The Doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don't slow down and stop working so hard then it's a wrap!"

Doctors also found an enlarged ventricle in Cannon's heart.

Cannon will continue as host of NBC's "America's Got Talent", as well as his own syndicated weekend radio show.
