Nickelodeon Universe!

Nickelodeon Universe opens in New Jersey of all places in 2 years and will be the 2nd Largest indoor theme park in the world! 8.5 acre 3 million square ft facility will house a 16-story "Big Indoor Ski & Snow Park", an aquarium, an ice rink, a 1,500 seat theater, and a miniature golf course to bring all ages back to their childhood!

The creators said that they're basing the plans on the success of the Mall of America but making it 100% focused on kids! The park is planned to be open in 2018

And of course all your favorite Nickelodeon characters will be there including Raphael the best of all the ninja turtles. I'm hoping they do some sort of comedy club or something for my favorite Nickelodeon show All That!
