Many have driven past the abandoned Ellerbe Road School, but few have made it past without problems.

Once a place of learning, Ellerbe Road School became a nightmare for all who attended. The janitor began tormenting and taking advantage of the students. Fear of humiliation silenced the students, until one day the janitor and the students vanished.

The mystery plagued the staff and devastated the families.

Trying to maintain normalcy, the school remained in session until a fire tore through the school. After the death of more students, the doors were shut. The building was abandoned. Visitors can see the shadows of figures in the windows. The voices of children still fill the halls to this day as well as the maniacal laughter of the janitor.

Was it poor attendance that closed the doors of Ellerbe Road School or a deranged madman who tormented all who walked the halls?
