Our Favorite Local Halloween Costumes (Pics)

Halloween is over but the memories from all of this years costumes will remain for a long time. Some were extremely creative others were hilariously awesome and then there's those who make you want to turn and run. For me personally I had to change my costume last minute as my daughter decided after a month of being excited about being Moana she wanted to be a scarecrow... $45 costume down the drain!
