The course, ‘Sociology of Hip Hop: Jay-Z,’ is being taught at the prestigious Georgetown University by hip-hop scholar/author Michael Eric Dyson. The curriculum explores the New York rapper’s “lyrical prowess” and how it correlates with American society.
