Paul Walker’s Daughter Files Wrongful Death Suit Against Porsche

Meadow Walker, 16-year-old daughter of actor Paul Walker, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche.

Ms. Walker and her lawyers claim that the Porsche Carrera GT in which her father was a passenger "lacked safety features...that could have prevented the accident or, at a minimum, allowed Paul Walker to survive the crash."

The suit also alleges that Porsche was aware that the Carrera GT "had a history of instability and control issues", and that the company had "failed to install its electronic stability control system, which is specifically designed to protect against the swerving actions inherent in hyper-sensitive vehicles of this type."

Walker died of multiple injuries sustained in a crash in November 2013 which also claimed driver Roger Rodas.

Porsche has yet to comment.
