Pitbull Is Fighting Back At Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against Pitbull back in August for using her name in his song. She says he uses her name in a disparaging way in his song ‘Give Me Everything’ where he says ‘I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.’ Lindsay is not backing down from this lawsuit so Pitbull decided to play tough too. He countersued her and listed all of her recent legal troubles, saying she has a rap sheet longer than her movie credits. Lindsay had filed the lawsuit in New York because she said she was a resident there. In Pitbull’s lawsuit, he says she has been living in California since ’04 and listed all of her legal battles, jail stints, house arrest and community service that keeps her living there. He wants the case transferred out of the New York state court and into federal court, where he thinks he will have a better shot of taking her down.
