Quota Club of Shreveport’s Icing on the Cake Competition

I can't say enough nice things about the Quota Club of Shreveport. I'm a past member and still would be if time allowed. They do great things in our community and their main philanthropy locally is the Deaf Action Center. The Icing on the Cake Competition is their biggest fund raiser of the year and it's a lot of fun! It's this Saturday at Bossier Parish Community College from 10-5 and will feature some of the most spectacular cakes you will ever see. While you're there, make sure you say hi to my buddy Erin McCarty, as she'll be hosting the event!

Doors open: Saturday, July 21st 10 - 5 p.m.

A general admission ticket is $5 for cake viewing only. An all-inclusive pass will be available for $20 for access to classes, demonstrations, and commemorative bag filled with goodies!

The snack bar will be open from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. serving Jambalaya or Chicken Salad, Green Salad, & Cold Drinks. Combo plates will be offered for $5.00 each.
