Rachel Platten Sings ‘Fight Song’ With Young Cancer Patient (VIDEO)

7-year-old Jeremiah Succar has a new hero in Rachel Platten.

Jeremiah has been battling Stage Four atypical rhabdoid teratoid since May, but he received quite a pleasant surprise when he got a visit from the "Fight Song' singer, who sang a duet with Jeremiah in his room at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles. His family says that Jeremiah memorized the words to the song, which has become his anthem.
